Be a Guest at Your Next Party
What's better than a fabulous meal paired with the perfect wines? Someone to manage it all for you! Your only job is to stop is to make a call and we'll take it from there.
Recently, Brinkmann's was approached by "The Chef and I," a full service gourmet food preparation and presentation company that prides itself in over 30 years of combined experience in gourmet cooking and the service industry. Together, we developed a special concept for our customers...
The Chef and I and Brinkmann's Wine and Spirits are excited to present our wine tasting events for 2009. We will tailor a wine and food menu to your specific needs, tastes and expectations.
In addition to planning, set up, preparation, execution and cleanup (at your place of choice), Executive Chef Jeff Rains and Wine Aficionado Tim Brinkmann will present each course with the wine and how they complement each other. The pair will interact with guests throughout the evening to provide a fun and educational experience for all.
We will meet with you prior to the party to determine where you'll be holding the event and assess the kitchen and serving areas, whether it be in your home, at a community center, or another location of your choice.
At that time, you can tell us exactly what sort of atmosphere you'd like to create, and details about the guests you'd like to invite. This will help us make the event perfect for you, and completely unique. No two events are alike, no two menus are quite the same!
Basically, whatever you want to do, we can make it happen. Just contact us today and we’ll get the ball rolling!
