The following are "Team Brinkmann's" recommendations for wines that will pair well with all sorts of entrees, sides and even desserts. Elmer T. Lee is known as the "Godfather" of single barrel bourbon. He is one of two living master distillers inducted into the Bourbon Hall of Fame (yes, there is such a thing)! I chose my very own barrel of Elmer T. Lee and I encourage you to try a bottle of your own. It's wonderfully toasty and cab be best enjoyed straight up with a few drops of water. Cheers!
