Thanksgiving Turkey Cocktail
  • 1 1/2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz. Applejack Brandy
  • 1 tsp. Lime Juice
  • 4 oz. Cranberry Juice

For a sweet and tasty cocktail, fill a tall thin glass half full of cubed ice and stir the ingredients for a delicious pre-feast treat.

Cool Aid
  • 1 part Southern Comfort
  • 1 part Midori
  • 1 part Disarrono Amaretto
  • 1/2 part Vodka
  • 1 part Cranberry Juice
  • Splash of Grenadine

Combine ingredients together into a mixing glass, shake with moderate ice and pour into a chilled glass

Grandma's Whiskey Slush
  • 6 black tea bags
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 cups whiskey
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can grapefruit flavored soda

Steep the tea bag in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Remove and discard bags. In a medium bowl, stir together the tea, sugar, orange juice concentrate and water until sugar is dissolved. Stir in whiskey. Cover and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Scoop out spoonfuls into a glass and top with a little bit of grapefruit soda. mmm... mmm... good

Mint Julep -- Tim Brinkmann's Personal Favorite
  • 2 1/2 oz. Blanton's Single Barrel Whiskey Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Peach Brandy
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1/8 oz. Mint leaves
  • 8 oz. Crushed ice

Place mint and simple syrup in rocks glass. Muddle 7-8 times to break the mint sprigs. In a mixer tin combine 8 oz. ice, Whiskey and Peach brandy. Short Shake and pour over mint in rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Sicilian Kiss
  • 2 oz. Southern Comfort
  • 1 1/2 oz. Disarrono Amaretto
SoCo Blues
  • 7 parts Southern Comfort
  • 1 part Bacardi Light
  • 1 part Bacardi Dark
  • 1 part Bacardi Black
  • 1 part Bacardi Anejo or Reserve Rum
Watermelon
  • 1 part Southern Comfort
  • 3/4 part vodka
  • 2 parts pineapple juice
  • splash of grenadine
Wild Hawaiian Jack Shooter Shot
  • 1/5 Souther Comfort
  • 1/5 Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
  • 1/5 Disarrono Amaretto
  • 1/5 pineapple juice
  • orange juice
Whiskey Sour
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Powdered Sugar
  • 2 oz. Blended Scotch Whisky

Shake and strain into a sour glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a cherry.

Bourbon Street
  • 4 c. Bourbon
  • 1 qt. Coffee
  • 1 pt. light cream
  • 4 oz. Amaretto
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Mix ingredients in a punch bowl. Garnish with bitter chocolate shavings. Serve in punch glasses.

Manhattan
  • 2 oz. Rye Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 3 dashes Bitters

Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Old-Fashioned
  • 2 oz. Blended Scotch Whisky
  • 1 whole sugar cube
  • 1 dash Bitters
  • 1 tsp. water

Combine the sugar cube, Bitters, and 1 tsp. water in an old-fashioned glass. Muddle well, add blended Scotch whisky, and stir. Garnish with the twist of a lemon peel, slices of orange and a cherry. Serve with a swizzle stick.

Irish Coffee
  • 1 1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 6 oz. hot coffee

Pour Irish Whiskey into glass then stir in brown sugar. Add coffee and top with whipped cream if desired.

Fall Warmer
  • 1 cup Whiskey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. whole cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 qt. cranberry juice
  • 23 oz. pineapple juice
  • 2 1/4 cup water

Place brown sugar and spices in the pot basket of a 10-cup coffeemaker. Add juices, water, and Whiskey to the pot. Brew as you would coffee and serve hot, directly from the pot. Makes 2 quarts.

Country Apple Mint Julep
  • 1 1/2 oz. Four Roses Singel Barrel Bourbon
  • 2 oz. Spiced Apple Syrup
  • 1 oz. Apple Soda
  • 1 Red Apple - sliced
  • 1 dash of Cinnamon
  • 1 dash of Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. of Brown Sugar
  • 3 oz. Apple Juice
  • Fresh mint

Boil together chopped red apples. cinnamon, netmeg, brown sugar, and apple juice. Strain and chill. Top with a splash of fizzed Aplle soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

The T.L. Hatton
  • 2 oz. Bourbon
  • 2 oz. Triple Sec
  • 1/2 oz. Sprite
  • 2 Orange slices
  • 2 Cherries

Muddle a cherry and orange slice. Add ice to a shaker tin, pour in bourbon and triple sec into shaker. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Top off with a splash a Sprite. Garnish with cherry and orange.

A Late Freeze
  • 6 oz. Bourbon
  • 6 pack of Ale-8-One

Boil 6 pack of Ale-8-One in a saucepan until reduced by about half... approximately 5 minutes. Cool, then add one more ounce of bourbon for every bottle of Ale-8-One. Freeze until slushy then place in blender and serve.

The Whiskey Sour
  • 2 1/2 oz. Bourbon
  • 1 Orange Slice
  • 1 Lemon Wedge
  • 1 Lime Wedge
  • 2 Cherries
  • 2 Sugar cubes

Muddle orange, lemon, lime and sugar cubes, Fill glass with ice and bourbon, Garnish with cherries

Apple Jacks
  • 1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
  • 1 1/2 oz. Apple Schnapps
  • 1 dash of Cinnamon

Over ice pour Bourbon and Apple Schnapps and top with cinnamon.
