Blue Cottontail
  • 1.5 oz Pearl Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Triple Sec
  • 0.25 oz Blue Curacao
  • Flamed orange peel for garnish

Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake until well blended. Strain into martini glass. Flame the orange peel over the glass

 

Chambord Spritzer
  • 1 oz Chambord
  • 1.5 oz White wine (Pinot Grigio or White Blend recommended)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Splash of club soda
  • Twist of lemon peel

Add ingredients into cocktail shaker, add ice, shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with a fresh twist of lemon peel.

 

April Rain Showers
  • 2 oz Pearl Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • Lime Peel

Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime peel.

 

Rustler's Saddle
  • 1 oz Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Bourbon
  • 0.5 oz Jamaican or Barbados Gold Rum
  • Dash of fresh lime juice
  • Dash aromatic bitters

Shake ingredients over ice and strain into favorite glass. Giddy Up!!

 

Southern Soprano
  • 1.25 oz Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka
  • 0.75 oz Limoncello

 

Smokin Bloody Mary
  • 1 1/2 oz Absolute Peppar Vodka
  • 3 oz tomato juice
  • 2-4 dashes red hot sauce
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 stalk celery

Add Absolute Peppar Vodka, tomato juice, red hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper. Pour back and forth between two mixing glasses. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with celery stalk.

 

Screw Driver
  • 2 oz. Sobieski Vodka
  • 6 oz. Orange Juice

Add Sobieski Vodka in ice-filled glass and top with orange juice.

 

Candy Cane
  • 1 1/2 oz. Pomegranate Schnapps
  • 1 1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. If desired, garnish with mini candy cane or mint leaf.

 

Fuzzy Bunny
  • 1 1.2 oz. Milk
  • 2 oz. Peach Schnapps
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Strawberry Puree

Combine all ingredients and shake well. Pour over ice into a rocks glass

 

Strawberry Creamcicle
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 3 oz. Strawberry Puree
  • 1oz. Ameretto
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. Half and Half

Combine all ingredients into blender.Blend and pour into tall glass.

 

Spring Fever
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. Orange Juice
  • 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. Mango Juice
  • 2 oz. Vodka

Combine all ingredients over 8 oz. ice into blender. Blend for 5-6 sec. (this will create very crushed ice) or if you prefer very blended you can keep blender on. Pour into tall glass.

 

Electric Lemonade
  • 1 1/4 oz. Finlandia Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz. Sweet & Sour
  • splash of 7-Up

Blend. Pour over ice in a tall glass and garnish with a lemon slice.

 

Titans Touchdown
  • 1 oz. Light Rum
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao Liqueur
  • 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with your favorite fruit.

 

Peach Pomegranate Martini
  • 1 oz. Van Gogh Pomegranate Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Peach Schnapps
  • 1 oz. Orange Juice
  • Splash of Lemon Juice

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. If desired, garnish with either cinnamon and sugar or an orange twist.

 

Perfect Bloody Mary
  • 1 1/2 oz. Absolute Peppar
  • 3 oz. Tomato Juice
  • 1 dash. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2-3 drops. Tabasco Sauce
  • 1-2 dash. Salt n' Pepper
  • 1 Lime wedge
  • 1 Green Olive

Pour all ingredients over ice starting with the Absolute Peppar and build from there into an old-fashioned glass. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the lime wedge and green olive and you are ready to serve.

 

Cafe Caramel
  • 2.5 oz. Pearl Caramel Vodka
  • 0.5 oz. Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka
  • 0.25 oz. Caramel Sauce
  • 1 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream, Softened

Pour all ingredients into shaker and mix until caramel sauce is well blended. Serve in chilled martini glass

 

Dirty Shirley
  • 2 parts Finlandia Vodka
  • 1 part Cherry Juice (or Grenadine)
  • splash of 7-Up
  • Cherry for Garnish

Add the vodka, cherry juice, and 7-Up to a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake until well chilled and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.

 

Green Apple Martini
  • 2 part Finlandia Vodka
  • 1 part Apple Schnapps
  • splash of Midori Liqueur
  • splash of Lime Juice

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an apple slice.

 

Eve's Seduction
  • 1 part Charbay Blood Orange
  • 1 part Disaronno Amaretto
  • 2 parts Pineapple Juice
  • Champagne (not Brut)

Add the vodka and amaretto to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour into a Champagne flute. Add the pineapple juice and top with Champagne.

 

Napa Valley Iced Tea
  • 2 oz. Charbay Meyer Lemon Vodka
  • capful of Chambord Liqueur
  • Te Java or other unsweetened ice tea
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Add the vodka, Chambord, and unsweetened ice tea to a collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

 

Jacqueline
  • 3 parts Absinthe
  • 1 part Absolut Citron
  • 3 parts Lime Juice
  • 3 parts Melon Liqueur

Fill a rocks glass to the rim with ice cubes. Pour absinthe, absolut citron, lime juice and melon liqueur into a mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass with dry ice cubes and stir. Strain the drink into the rocks glass.

 

White Russian
  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
  • 3 oz. Light Cream

Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass. Fill with light cream and serve.

 

Vodka Grasshopper
  • 3/4 oz. Green Creme de Menthe
  • 3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
  • 3/4 oz. Vodka

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

 

Vodka Seven
  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • 1 tbsp. Lime
  • 4 oz. Lemon Lime Soda (7-Up)

Stir in a highball glass and fill with soda. Garnish with a twist of lime.

Russian Banana
  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • 2 oz. Brown Creme de Cacao
  • 2 oz. Banana Liqueur
  • 2 oz. Light Cream

Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass.

 

Lemon Drop
  • 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
  • 5 oz. Lemonade

Combine in a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge

 

Raspberry Truffle
  • 1 oz. Absolut Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Kahlua Coffee Liquor
  • 3/4 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liquor
  • Fresh whipped cream

Pour vodka, Kahlua and Chambord into shaker with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Pile with whipped cream.

 

Harvey Wallbanger
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Galliano
  • 4 oz. Orange Juice

Pour vodka and orange juice into a collins glass over ice cubes and stir. Float Galliano on top and serve.

 

Titans Touchdown
  • 1 oz. Light Rum
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao Liqueur
  • 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with your favorite fruit.

 

Cherub's Cup
  • 1 part St. Germain Elderflower Liquor
  • 2 parts Absolut Citrus Vodka or Hendricks Gin
  • 3/4 part fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 shot simple syrup (optional)
  • 1 part muddled strawberry
  • Top with Brut Rose Sparkling wine
  • Strawberry for Garnish

Pour St. Germain Liquor, vodka, lemon juice, muddled strawberry and simple syrup into shaker and strain over fresh rocks in a collins glass. Top with brut rose or brut champagne. Garnish with a strawberry.

 

Blueberry Martini
  • 1 oz. Triple Sec
  • 2 oz. Blueberry Vodka
  • 1 dash. Sprite
  • 2 oz. Blueberry Juice
  • Fresh Blueberries (frozen or thawed)

Combine the blueberry vodka, triple sec and blueberry juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Top with Sprite, garnish with fresh blueberries, and serve.

 

Pumpkin Pie Martini
  • 1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
  • 2 oz. Creme de Cacao
  • 1/4 oz. Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
  • Whipped Cream for Garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the vanilla vodka, Creme de Cacao, heavy cream and pumpkin pie spice. Shake well. Dip rim of the martini glass into a bowl of whipped cream. Strain the cocktail into the glasses.

 

Caramel Apple Pie-tini
  • 1 3/4 oz. Baileys with a Hint of Caramel
  • 1/3 oz. Smirnoff Twist Green Apple Vodka
  • 1/3oz. Applesauce
  • Dash of Caramel Syrup

Pour the applesauce into bottom of glass and float dash of caramel. Shake all other ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, strain and float on top of the applesauce and caramel. Garnish with a slice of caramel apple.

 

Moontini
  • 1 1/2 ounces Pearl Vodka
  • 3/4 ounces blue curacao
  • 3/4 ounces orange juice
  • optional garnish - orange slice, or orange rind

 

The Double Rainbow
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 4 oz. soda water
  • 4 dashes grapefruit bitters (Fee Brothers brand)
  • Lemon peel for garnish
  • Rainbow ice cubes

Make rainbow ice by adding food coloring to an ice cube tray, filling with water and freezing. Cut lemon peel into stars. Add all ingredients to a glass filled with ice in rainbow order (two cubes per color, making it a double complete rainbow). Garnish with lemon stars. This is a beautiful drink is served correctly! If not, it can quickly turn into a murky mess!

 

Candy Cane Swirl Cocktail
  • 1 oz. Skyy Infusions Raspberry Vodka
  • 3 oz. Red Cranberry Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz. Grenadine
  • Splash of Lemon Lime soda

Rim martini glass with crushed candy cane. Combine vodka, peppermint schnapps, cranberry juice and grenadine into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass. Top with lemon lime soda and garnish with a small peppermint candy cane.
