Angel's Kiss
  • 1/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
  • 1/4 oz. Creme Yvette
  • 1/4 oz. Cognac
  • 1/4 oz. light cream

Use a bar spoon to pour each layer into a pousse-cafe glass, exactly in the order listed. One layer should float upon another. In a pinch, sloe gin can be substituted for creme Yvette.

 

Mudslide Cordial
  • 1/3 oz. Coffee Liqueur
  • 1/3 oz. Irish Cream
  • 1/3 oz. vodka

Layer Coffee Liqueur, Irinh cream, and Vodka in that order in a pony glass or pousse cafe. Serve carefully; the concoction should be taken as a shot and not sipped.
