Bacardi Apple Daiquiri
  • 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz. apple juice
  • 1 oz. prepared limeade
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 medium unpeeled ripe apple

Put apple, ice, and ingredients in blender. Blend until stiff. Garnish with apple wedge and cherry. Makes 1 12 oz. serving.

 

Bacardi Coconut Daiquiri
  • 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
  • 3 oz. prepared limeade
  • 2 oz. Cream of Coconut

Place all ingredients in blender with ice. Blend until smooth.

 

Bacardi French Daiquiri
  • 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz. lemon or lime juice

Mix all ingredients in a shaker or blender with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

 

Bacardi Strawberry Daiquiri
  • 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
  • 5 large fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Mix in blender with 1/2 cup crushed ice; blend for 10 to 20 seconds. Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.

 

Derby Daiquiri
  • 1 1/2 oz. Rum (White)
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Blend all ingredients with 1/2 cup shaved ice in an electric blender at a low speed. Pour into a champagne flute and serve. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
