Sarah asks Tim –“Wedding season is fast approaching, and I'm one of the lucky brides-to-be! But all the details of planning the wedding are crazy. Can Brinkmann's help with beverage recommendations for my summer wedding?”
There are many varieties of beverage suitable for a summer wedding. If your reception includes dinner or hors d’oeuvres, white wine is always a good pairing, especially with the warmer summer weather. There are many white wine varietals to choose from such as, semillion, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, pinot grigio or riesling. We have several white wines featured this month in our On the Brink as well as Staff Picks, give them a look and see if the descriptions interest your taste buds! If your reception is of a less formal nature, cocktails are also a popular option. Come in to the store and I’ll help you create a Signature Drink for your own special day!
Cheers and Congratulations! Tim
